The second visit to Pagham for breakfast was held in good weather after the early mist disappeared. We met a good number of SADCASE members and their wonderful cars at the Storrington library car park at 8.00am. The cars eventually left in a loose convoy at 8.20am travelling no faster than 45mph on the slower roads to ensure that everyone could keep up without an issue.
We all arrived at the Pagham car park just before 9.00am. Very soon more SADCASE members arrived. We counted over 50 cars which is pretty good for an October Sunday morning.
Many members were eager to talk about their cars but also to enquire about next year. For clarification we can confirm that we will repeat the successful Amberley Show in June and are also in conversation with the Storrington Parish Council to see if it is possible to run our normal show on the Hormare field in late July/early August. We are quite able to meet the normal post Covid regulations but we are wary of new restrictive rules on mass gatherings. More news on this as we receive it.
